What's the origin of the tea?
The tea is harvested and packaged in Sri Lanka and shipped to Switzerland. We do not have any intermediate warehouses or packing points. All goods are packed locally on the island of Ceylon.
What is a return policy?
Unfortunately tea like other food products is not returnable. But you can rest assured that if the product is not as described, we will take full responsibility for it.
What payment methods do you accept?
Products can be paid for via TWINT or you can make a bank transfer.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, you can purchase gift cards from us in the form of coupons. Contact our support for details.
